Each Coaching session includes a short Yogic Healing, a Shamanic journey (Guided Meditation with breath work to drop down to creative mind states) , and can include a little Reiki. This is time for you to confidentially share about your goals, obstacles, sense of things, desires, concerns, dreams and apply creative, powerful multi dimensional explorations and techniques. This is also just a time for you to breathe with another human witnessing you, your life, and to be held with care in kindness
