My parents met in the monastery when my Mum was visiting. My dad died when I was young, but I have trained and still sometimes study with the monastics regarding Ultimate Reality and unshakeable peace, which I have found to be the same as God, divine love, from Sufism. I studied in the Kundalini Yoga lineage a yogic healing called Sat Nam Rasayan. To give this healing, you have to become empty of any judgment of another and yourself. My training in Buddhism and Sufism gives me strong skills with this. I bring this to my work with others—my ability to be empty and to be in true existence, love, divine intelligence, going beyond any other judgement system I may otherwise have.
